Leadership is an imprecise word that is more easily experienced than defined. Your participation in the Leadership Academy attests to the power of those experiences. But since the secrets for strong Leadership are allusive and often fade with time, refreshing our commitment to make a difference becomes a lifelong pursuit.

The theme of this workshop that will include current class attendees and alumni will be:

What Concern Keeps You Up at Night?

As Leaders we all have a knotty problem that is not easily solved. In this workshop, we will explore ways to tap into our inner wisdom to see the path we wish to take. We ask all participants to bring a concern—this could be a conflict, a performance issue, a policy that isn’t working, or another situation in which you may feel stuck. We will work together in small teams to understand each of our concerns with the desire (higher intention) of forwarding ourselves as leaders, listeners, and visionaries.

We anticipate that this will be a deeper dive into the good work you already do. The day is dedicated to your growth as strong leaders. We look forward to seeing you and are very excited to be with you on this self-reflective journey.

Before and after the workshop, there will be time to reconnect with your past classmates and network with those friends you haven’t made yet.

Note: This event is only open to current and former LeadingAge MA Leadership Academy participants.
